So it appears I need a little connectivity device of some sort to spoof my Lite-On drive.
There seems to be two clear options: Maximus 360 Xtractor and the Xecuter 360 Connectivity Kit V3 (lite or pro)
Is there an advantage to using one or the other?
The prices are nearly identical, and both require a spear to spoof the Lite-On.
Would it matter that I plan on spoofing another, non Lite-On drive?

DIYGadget.com makes these kit as well, and it's a little cheaper.

I guess i'll just go with the xtractor one since that's what jungleflash suggests

I useed the Connectivity Kit V3 and I DID NOT USE A SPEAR.

You can just use a small flathead screwdriver to to bridge the contacts. [IMG]
