Gaming 360 ISO in multiple pieces

I downloaded a game with files looking like this:
IMAGE.000
IMAGE.001
...
IMAGE.007
IMAGE.dvd

and the dvd file looks like:

LayerBreak=1913760
IMAGE.000
IMAGE.001
IMAGE.002
IMAGE.003
IMAGE.004
IMAGE.005
IMAGE.006
IMAGE.007

Now I can open this with ImgBurn no problem but I can't open it with XDVDMulleter to check for stealth.

How do I fix this?

I'm not familiar with the xbox 360 but... Download 7-Zip and extract? Maybe?

I don't think this is an archive split into pieces since it can be burned directly.

edit: I'm not sure about this but you might be able to just join the pieces using Total Commander, but you need to burn it with CloneCD I think

I know how to burn it but I need to be able to open it in XDVDMulleter. (to stealth-patch the image)

XDVDMulleter doesn't recognize image split into multiple pieces, that's the problem.

Burn it, Rip the game into an ISO and then use the patch thingy and re-burn it into a DVD.

Now highlight IMAGE.000 by clicking on it with the right button, then go to Files/Combine Files, that might work.

Its simply a split iso, Its been split to help users who have win98 as an os as it dosnt support files bigger than 4gb! Im not sure of a way of joining it that wont damage it!!

Total Commander works 100% when joining 360 split files.

It may be a splited CloneDVD Image. Not sure but might be.
