If this all comes out, though, expect the guide to become a lot simpler.
DSiWarehax and solderhax going straight into sighax rather than doing FIRM, 9.2 and 2.1 downgrades. DSiWareless methods doing downgrade to 9.2, and then sighax without 2.1.

Only if the FIRM plaintext (If the OFW firmware version, or the a9lh version) is known.
Though I suppose such a thing can be bruteforced.

More people need to take notice of this point, those on 11.0+ will still need an exploitable DSiWare game, either the 4 removed or one transferred from another console with the injection exploit, in either case if they had those they could have already done all the downgrading...

BootRom is cool and all but doesn't seem like its worth waiting months for if its mostly just going to remove the downgrade steps.
