Hardware 2DS wont turn on (blue light just stays on, no flashing)

I was going to turn on my 2DS to play animal crossing new leaf, but it wont turn on. I cant boot into Luma nor GM9. The blue light doesn't flash, it just stays on. I tried to turn on the system without the SD card and it works just fine.

EDIT : i managed to fix it. Apparently there was some issue with reading the sd card and i fixed it.
