Hardware 2DS WiFi not detecting routers. Streetpass still works.

My 2DS is having issues detecting any router. I know that it's not an issue with the router, as the 3DSes are connected just fine.

Streetpass on the 2DS works just fine.

Thoughts on what could be the cause?

Edit: 3DS Local Multiplayer/Download Play works DS Local Multiplayer/Download Play doesn't work. The wireless indicator LED seems to be behaving like it should be when in DS Mode.

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
