be patient, Cias are best.

but why do you use fbi to install? you could use BBM(Big blue manager) and in there you can install cias and put your 3ds into sleep until it finishes.

I forgot to copy a different cia installer because I was really excited XD I just turned off the pc after I updated the emunand, so I forgot to copy it

Yeah. Lets just hope it will last for a long time btw, when I run FBI in emunand,will the CIAs be installed in the SD automatically? Or is there an option where to install the CIAs? Im still nervous O.o

When you'll run FBI in emuNAND it will install the CIA files to the emuNAND folder (and if you'd run in sysNAND it would install them to the sysNAND folder). By default FBI will install the files to the SD card, you also have an option to install files to NAND, but just don't change any of the settings in FBI and you should be fine After you install the file you can delete it from the SD card so it won't take up unnecessary space
