Hacking 2DS or 3DS XL? opinions :D

did you ever think about importing? like getting a 3ds from amiami or play-asia? also where in the philippines are you? i would think greenhills would sell those for cheaper than 5.3k.

tried play asia. The prices are higher though. I tried searching a couple stores in greenhills. And it's really hard to find lower firmwares

btw, all 2DS boxes except for the yokai watch bundle come with FW 9.2 or lower. find the cheapest one you can see. as far as i know, there's only a regular 2DS, a 2DS mario kart 7 bundle, and a 2DS yokai watch bundle. you can get anything but yokai watch bundle.

emunand on 10.3 is totaly ok! you have all the features the newest firmware has, and cfw! mine is also also 10.3 on my old version 3ds

oh no, you managed to get the sd card with the worst compatibility with 3DS... kingstons are usually a no-no, let's just hope that one doesn't flop anytime soon.

3ds xl because games looks better on bigger screen.

Eh, I have a 3DS XL and the screen actually looks kinda shit in comparison to the screen of a 2DS or 3DS.

i think i'm gonna vouch more on the kingston. kingston is more of a hit and miss, it might work, it might not. but samsungs have a high failure rate in general. keep it as is, it's already working anyway

Yeah. Lets just hope it will last for a long time btw, when I run FBI in emunand,will the CIAs be installed in the SD automatically? Or is there an option where to install the CIAs? Im still nervous O.o

your sd card does not have to be Sandisk or Samsung etc.

i am using SD card brand from Silicon Power i believe they are assembled in Taiwan, i use a 32gig on my og3ds and a 64gig on my n3ds both the sd cards are class10 and they are luckily freaking awesome , have had zero issues with them.

so as long as you get non-fake sd cards ,then you should be fine

nope, you have to manually pick which .cia to install. no such thing as automatic. good luck!
