Is the MD5 released after Aug.05 - the day Nintendo deletes NUS files?
If yes, then I doubt whether the MD5 is calculated from a fake msetdg.bin or not, since you were not the only person reported msetdg.bin 6.x USA didn't work on 2DS.
Try to use a 6.0-6.3 full pack's MSET CIA instead of it.

Hey guys!

After trying for about 30x+ time,s i was able to flash it, using the .bin file.

i really don't know, why i did not wanted to flash it the first time, but now its working.
