Deliberately alarmist. He may back his work but his tone still sounds like that of a Jesus freak eagerly awaiting the end of the World.

These nuclear plants were already at or beyond the life they were designed for (40 years), and there has been some question if they have been maintained properly, even before the tsunami...

Even so, I think this article is being a little alarmist. I'm not trying to downplay what's going on in Japan right now, but half of these points reiterate basically the same thing: various countries are urging their citizens in Japan to either leave the country entirely or stay out of Tokyo, etc. Well duh. These countries are looking for their citizens' best interests, and if the situation doesn't seem to be getting better, of course they should advise anyone to take the safest plan of action.

And as for this being worse than Three Mile Island, well yeah. Anyone who can read a Wikipedia article can say that.

What do you think is going to get more visitors and attention right now? A "Japan is a-ok and doing everything it can during this crisis" or "Japan is going to explode...we're all going to DIE !!!!!111!!". By posting this article here to share, which one do you think you've chose?

This, basically he's taken 5 facts that we know and made them a little more place-specific to make it sound scarier.

fucking really? other nations dont want to keep their own safe? any sign of danger and they will be pulled out... no matter what is or isnt happening... the nations want to be safe... anything could actually be happening... this proves nothing

    EDIT:
I'd also like to go on record and say this; the WHOLE of Japan will explode in 3 days... tell the world because they need to know. yeah, and of course what i say is reliable... im from the internet.

All of the facts he stated are basic actions issued via common sense.

Evacuation of those within 30km of the area? Does it look like the Japanese want more people to die in this disaster?
Significant radiation 100 miles away? Obviously, consider the magnitude of this thing.
International embassies evacuating citizens? Another obvious one, they want them to be safe!
Cancellation of flights to Japan? Why would they want their nationals entering the country in a nuclear crisis?

Can't do enough quotes to respond, so I'll just pick a few of the first 10.

Shocking? It's a damaged NUCLEAR REACTOR... Of course there's going to be radiation there in high levels.

This is bullshit fear mongering. These points are essentially repeated over and over again with different numbers, people, locations, counties, organizations, etc:

Radiation is some large number times normal in specified place! 40 times normal is still not dangerously high.

Such and such is warning people to stay away! Yeah, I'd stay away no matter what the crisis is. It's not like the countries carefully evaluated whether it was safe to go there, they just know there's a problem, and it's best avoided for the time being.

Someone said bad things are happening! They're being precautious, or stating the obvious. Buzzwords like 'admitted' are used to make us think that they're reluctently letting on to a small part of the dangerous truth

Radiation was found somewhere! There's radiatuion everywhere, and if it's not at harmful levels, it doesn't even need to be mentioned.

This article, unsurprisingly, doesn't mention that they've stabilised a few of the reactors already.

I'd think NOW is a bit late to be working on games that are going to come out in a week or a month, wouldn't you?

Non-launch games, or games that are not supposed to come out within the next month, are not that much of a priority. Delayed development and/or production because of the tsunami/earthquake/nuclear crisis/whatever disaster you want to call it won't affect anything.
