but you may have to break a leg or a bank to buy it.

i think the new 3DS should handle it if you format it in FAT32,however i heard some problems with cards 128GB and above.
so,i really won't recommend it,also it's very expensive and cost more than two 64GB PS Vita memory.

Compared to the other sizes available though. I know that its new and that it has a reason to cost more, but over 5x the price of a 128gb sd card is a bit too much to be paying...

I'd Sony releases a 256GB Vita card for $230 some will buy it because $230 is actually cheap for Vita memory standard.
64GB cost now $100.

To snipe as many people as possible: it all depends on what you actually install. Praise emulators, vcs (because they are better than emulators?), and random homebrew cias.

Just how could the o3DS even use a sd card that size I thought it couldn't read anything above 100gb without issues

I'm not sure how an o3ds handles larger sd cards, but it should be fine as long as it's not a micro sd card...

no the problem is the file format of sdxc sd cards ( 32 gb or over) but you can use a program to format them to fat32 then they are fine
