It's a good chip, but you really need to be good in soldering, or get the flexpcb board, this makes it a little easier.

I would go for the wasabi chip now, it requires only 9 wires instead of 31 for the chip you choose now!

it's only so cheap because that chip is so outdated now, nobody would buy it otherwise. All the other available d2c chips require between 9 and 13 wires, instead of 31 (!) as mentioned above.

but the point is that it does work fine with all games.

So if you're good with a soldering iron this will be your cheapest option.

yes, i know that d2c is quite hard to solder, but i was just asking whether this is a good price? anyway, i will looking some wasabi or some easier chips... lol.
