PSU is fine. XFX use Seasonic as their oem provider (I think that might be changing now, but that one should be Seasonic).

GPU you would probably get a more help if you said what your budget is, what games and what res. As you only want Nvidia, it will probably line up as :

    Budget option, 960, otherwise 970

980 as budget, preferably a 980ti if you can stretch.

You defintely need a new video card. Everything else looks fine. A 960 is a cheap card and can do gaming pretty well. Plus you won't need a new PSU. A 980 or 970 ti is a higher budget one and you will hopefully not need a new PSU

i dont mind 1440, nether ultra high detailed graphics

im playing mad max 1080 60fps everything on high..... i CAN put in ultra and stuff... but i really dont mind that

being playable in 1080 and stable 60fps are fine to me

    my budget

so, im living um Brazil..... maybe.... R$ 1200 wich is ~ U$ 300

maybe i'll get 960... or 970 if i found it in a good price

thank you for help me gyus

for 1440p a 970 wont cut it, so you're gonna have to stick with 1080p with the 960 or 970
If you want 1440p you gonna need a 980 which way out of your budget, there is also team red's offering of the r9 390 which will do 1440p for a cheaper price than the 970
