Hacking 2013 R4isdhc-silver or 2013 R4isdhc Dual-Core

So recently my R4i 3DS RTS stopped working on my 3DS with firmware version 6.1.0-12U and no matter what solution I look for, it DOES NOT WORK out AT ALL.
So I decide it is about time I get the SuperCard DST until I realized there are 2 new R4is... And I wonder which one is the best? The most votes or most relevant answer will be taken into account with. Thanks in advance, people!

No. The two you listed are made by a different team.

"R4" is not a company, it's a name that a bunch of different unrelated people put on their products so that people buy them.
