Hacking Question 2 Switches for SX (Local Wireless) or one for Online Gaming?

Hello,
I bought a Second Switch Tablet (70€)FW 5.10 using it completly offline for SX OS Pro.
But there are a lot nice Coop Games which support Wireless Gaming. So iam thinking to put on both Switches SX OS.
But my Wife and me playing a lot MK8 Deluxe Online.
There was some people which banned and only Updating some Backups in OFW which SX installed. So it ist safe at all, only usw a Switch for Updating Games.(Never used Layered before)
What did you thinking? Taking one oft the switches offline and waiting, when its safety to play with SX Online?

Also, read the threads.
And also, yes do that, take one or the switches off.

One question,where did you buy it so cheap?!
I was looking at ebay but the cheapest are from 150€ and up.
