Hacking 2 problems

I got the DSTT recentlty and ran into 2 problems.
First: When you put a MicroSD card in the DSTT cartridge you should easily get it out just by tapping it with your finger and it will automaticaly pop out. I seem to be the only person who has the problem that the MicroSD card won't pop out. Is my DSTT damaged?
Second: Once when wanted to play a game, a weird menu popped up with a blue background and weird codes. What whas that? I tried to load my game again and it was gone. Can someone explain?

Q1: Sounds like the spring is stuck, will usually sort itself.
Q2: Sounds like you accidently booted moonshell.
