Help needed , I have 2 partitions on my wii drive, one for my games and the other for wii apps, the wbfs drive worls as it's detected by usb loader. Howeever, I can't get my fat32 partition to be detected by homebrew channel, what do I need to do?

Make sure your fat32 is active (see with windows xp disk manager), if not click on it (with right mouse button) and mark it as active.

For the best compatibility, your FAT32 partition should be the first partition on the drive.

    this is what i did
create a fat32 partition first and mark it primary and active. then create a wbfs partition second and mark it as active aswell... but not primary.

Not to be picky, but you cannot mark two partitions on the same physical disk as active, not possible.

I think consensus is to make the FAT32 partition the 1st and active. The WBFS just seems to 'work' =)

It's possible to mark 2 primary partitions as active but windows disk management isn't capable of that

i first created the wbfs directory, then the fat32 partition both are detected without having to mark them as active
