Hacking 2 games not working on v6.43

hello peeps, anyone else having trouble with 2 games on retrogamefans's v6.43? I get rom error -4 on tetris party deluxe,and house md#5410 says "savfile not founded." Any input would be appreciated. thanks.

Try reformatting your microsd card with panasonic reformatter?

There has been such a trouble when loading the game, created sav, which had a name, where all characters have been in big letters. Rename the file sav just as the nds has in solving this trouble.
