In less than a month the DS will be released, and we're getting such great games (not only GTA and Payback, but also Zelda:TMC and Kingdom Hearts^^)!

Yes, let us all thank Nintendo for supporting us GBA owners a little bit longer. I mean, if they were to dump their current handheld before the next one even came out, that would look pretty bad. (Another few months, hey, then everyone would understand

) The GBC got games well after the GBA's release, though, so I'll enjoy the ride while it lasts. Plus, I already have this flash cart and everyth...ahem, I mean, I have such a true love for the GBA in my heart.

P.S. I've heard tomorrow, Oct. 26th for GTA Advance here in the States.

Yep, I thought it was going to be released on October 19th (the same day as GTA San Andreas). Then, when GTA:SA was delayed, i asked here in the gaming news if the gba one was going to be delayed as well, but ppl here told me it wasn't due to happen.

Anyway, all I know is that perhaps there in the US it'll be released tomorrow, as well as GTA:SA, but i've seen UK release dates saying it's being released today (at least in the UK

WOOT, really hope gta:a is for today, btw what kinda game is payback?

Payback (which I heard was a Dec. 7th release date here in the States) is a game "inspired" by the gameplay of GTA. In other words, they lifted basically any element of GTA you can think of. The major difference, in terms of the GBA, is that the developers of Payback have gone to great lengths making their game 3D. Check it out here:

Game Boy: Payback (IGN Preview)

I know I can trust Rockstar for some kick-ass gameplay, but I'm interested to see what Apex Designs can do with Payback. I haven't run across a fully 3-D game on GBA that performs like it should (good framerate, NO slowdown, no draw-in/pop-up, etc.), but there's a first time for everything.
