    Were you aware that Castlevania 3 now works with the latest version of PocketNES, recently released?

    I have it in my own rom of some seventy games, and it seems to play flawlessly.

    As I remember, Castlevania 1 and 2 were released on the Disk System, and the third was on the Famicom cartridge itself.

    Is the sound emulation for Castlevania 3 improved as well in the new pocketNES? I know it wasn't accurate before.

    It's fun to see what is the basis for a very good series of games. All the original ideas work here, and you even get a taste of the music direction that would follow in almost every game that came after.
