360 releases thread time again, if you missed the previous ones made during the pokemon flood then you can see them here:
    <a href="http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=179090" target="_blank">http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=179090</a>
    <a href="http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=179016" target="_blank">http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=179016</a>

They covered the summer and the surprisingly active 12th of September but that is in the past. The 13th of September had no English releases so we did not post a thread up that day.

Until otherwise requested these posts will be games with English in only and possibly the odd Japanese release if it is of note. <a href="http://www.abgx.net/filename/?ch=6" target="_blank">http://www.abgx.net/filename/?ch=6</a> has release names and much info for those new to this 360 business, also thanks to <a href="http://www.ludibria.com" target="_blank">http://www.ludibria.com</a> for the NFOs.
Region locking still exists on the 360 although there is talk of a workaround based on some of the new homebrew and chip development but we talking earliest of earliest stages here (no proof of concept even) and it is not likely to be all that easy as, if and when it hits and even if it will be "live safe". No great worry though unless you are rocking a Japanese 360 as game releases usually fall very close together region wise these days.

Release dates for the regions concerned will be mentioned if truly necessary although you can quite easily look it up and make your own decision- some games come ahead of time but the retail release is obviously needed to verify said releases against. The tool AGBX360 is used to verify isos, directories and games burned to disc and can fix isos and directories if necessary but requires this data. Those who do not care about being banned from live or are willing to risk it then not much need to worry unless otherwise mentioned.

We are still recruiting people who want to post these threads up so if you want to help out have a look at:
    <a href="http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=179009" target="_blank">http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=179009</a>

    The releases:

As mentioned 13th of September had no English releases but there was
    <b>Need.for.Speed.Shift.PAL.SPANiSH.XBOX360-RABO</b> and <b>Wolfenstein.PAL.iTALIAN.XBOX360-RoME</b>
Sadly the Spanish version of Need for Speed is most likely still region locked so there is no scene release that will work on US consoles (there is a P2P release though, see the previous threads for more).

As far as I am aware no new nukes or news from ABGX360.

In most recent to pre order:

    <b>Halo.3.ODST.X360-Allstars</b>
    Retail PAL source- region free.
Not due until 22nd September in the US and Europe.

A spinoff to Halo 3 with time shifting gimmick (you work through a story "backwards"). According to the NFO this is the full retail PAL version so those who decided against the P2P copy (the first scene release was nuked for being a copy of the P2P copy remember, those who played either have seen account suspensions unlike the usual console bannings) have at it. As the NFO says 2 DVDS.

    Warning: Spoilers inside!

    <b>Heroes.Over.Europe.XBOX360-MARVEL</b>
US NTSC source- region locked PAL and US NTSC (no Japanese)

The sequel to the 2005 game "Heroes of the Pacific". Aimed at a somewhat loose recreation of famous world war 2 air battles over Europe if you would believe it with attention to detail on both the maps and the planes themselves.

    Warning: Spoilers inside!

I believe it's safe to play ODST with this release, but has anyone confirmed it working on LIVE (I mean as not being banned?). I knew waiting was the right thing to do.

Before burning this game, I just want to triple check: does odst have english as a language? I'm being cautious, I know, but I'm up to my last dl dvd and don't have enough money to buy more yet.

If you have the "Halo.3.ODST.X360-Allstars" release yes it has English and yes it works wonderfully.

If you have the borderlame release delete it and get a good version (such as the allstars version up above).
If you have any other release it probably does not have English and if it does it will likely be subtitles only.
