Why this title screen is as lame as the Rockman Zero 'euro' one? Or better, why the hell the title screens for Rockman games get changed to worse in euro versions??

I was noticing the same thing. Seems like Rockman/Megaman games get -really- crappy title screens when they are released in Europe.
