Hacking 128 Megabit Slot 2

I wanted a slot 2 that would play GBA ROMs and I came across that 128MegaBIT flash cart on DX that you guys probably know about. Here

My question is since it is 128megabits and all the pokemon games are 16megabytes and a couple bytes over, more like 16.02megabytes is it possible for me to play them on this or no luck?

A trimming tool, maybe? That might help.

All of the many regional variants for the five main GBA games used 16megabyte ROMs except two. The Japanese dumps of Ruby and Sapphire were 8megabytes.

Thanks what ROM trimmer do you recommend and do trimmed roms work with IPS patches particularly pokemon shiny gold? Thanks in advance.

I believe you have to do the patching before trimming. Also, the failure rate for the game not to boot rises by at least 90 % is my guess. I am completely without clue tough as I never used any IPS patches.
