I've been having the same issue. I believe it is related to having the latest hourly version and also having the enable game patching turned on in luma settings. I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue, so I'm glad it's not just me.

Hmm I gotten the stuff to run. Just to double check. Does it say 2.9 alpha when you run HB Loader?

The latest one for luma
Can you try this.

FTP or even plug in the SD Card to your computer. Delete otherapp.bin and let the HBL Loader download the new payload itself. Just to make sure it's not something stupid like that.

Its not on the root.
Let me check, it's probably put it somewhere else when it downloads it self

EDIT: Found it. it's in the folder called "hblauncherloader" Delete all of them.

I actually got for 11.2 in there as well.

1.1.1 it still freezes i cant understand why.
Me neither. Try downloading the starter.zip from smealum and overwrite all the files in the folder and see if it does something. Else there is one try that worked for older luma version it was to disable the N3DS clockspeed to get the payloads to work.
