Hacking 11.1 install luma cfw help.

So how would i go about installing Luma CFW on 11.1 new 3ds xl with out having to use Waithax? would i also be able to go to 2.1 with out going to the 9.2 1st? I have hacked a few 3ds on 11.2 but can not find that much info for 11.1
