Hacking 11.1.0-34U safe or worth upgrading to?

I'm on a9lh with luma. I don't even really play games online....even though I read I can playonline with 11.0 still. Seen threads of people having problems with updating

If you are running any CFW with FIRM0/1 protection (which is basically all of them,) you are safe to update
Also stick to the official thread instead of opening a new one.

If you are using CFW you are safe as said, only as always if is the System Nand it needs the FIRM0 and Firm1 protection . But now you say worth, there isn"t really something new to the user so you see.
