Dude. I was only talking about OFW 11.0 users. A lot of peoples updated to 11.1 even those was planning to downgrade. If was your plan to dsi downgrade why update to 11.1 and make things more complicated

Maybe because you must be on the latest firmware to do a system transfer, and a system transfer is a vital part of the DSiWare downgrade.

ctr-httpwn works with system transfer. that should be used instead of updating.

See I asked if ctr-httpwn would work with system transfer in the 3ds noob paradise, but I only got one answer and it was no. And that's why I try to avoid that thread unless I'm answering questions, because I always seem to just get ignored.

How about the target unity? The source unity you may use ctr-httpwn since you already have HBL. But the target unity should have ctr-httpwn to receive the system transfer and you can't do that if your unity is on 11.0 or 11.1, right?

"unity"? do you mean "unit"?

the target system would need ctr-httpwn to use system transfer on 11.0. the source would already have custom firmware, therefore it can be on the latest.

use ctr-httpwn to play online/use eShop if you don't want to update yet (Gateway, BootNTR). run it from homebrew launcher, then exit (no reboot).

run hblauncher_loader in emunand, run ctr-httpwn, press start at homebrew launcher then X to exit without rebooting.
