Hacking 11.0.0 -> 9.2.0 Help

I've been working on this n3ds on 11.0.0-33u for about 3 days now, posted in the noob forum a few times, but no help just yet. I made it through the nfirm downgrade, and 3dsident showed the correct kernel numbers. I am now trying to get sysdowngrader to work, and i followed all the steps on 3ds.guide, but both nsim and sysdowngrader crash when attempting svchax. Nsim stops at terminating fs module, and sysdowngrader says it cant get amu handle, then immediately crashes to a glitched out screen.

I followed all the steps in 3ds.guide, and i Dont think im missing any files, but something must be off. I've seen online it can take a lot of tries for it to work, but im already at try #50 or so...

Neither of those is really what I've got, but thank you.

In that second link, the green line of text on mine is red, and then the screen glitches out, and i have to reboot.
