Homebrew [10.1.0-27U] I cannot access the eShop at all!

I always get Error Code 007-2001, which apparently means my console region and settings region are not the same, and they are.

Maybe you should change the region in the system app through HANS instead of the eShop app. At least this is how this user fixed the same problem you have:

I've already tried that numerous times with the same results. I've even reformatted my 3DS

Try updating hans to the latest version from smea pack and then lauch e-shop direct from hans not the shortcut .
That work for me when i couldn't download a demo today.

Remove the tubehax DNS if you still have it set.

I still have youtube dns and I can connect eshop via ironhax 2.5, so the problem is not over there.
