1 - About Support Threads (Read Before Posting)

Before You Ask ANYTHING...

Make sure your problem has already been covered in the GitLab Wiki guides. Read the steps thoroughly, and double check to make sure you did every step. If, after following the Basic Guides, you still suspect that something is not right, check other wiki pages - there may be a guide specifically for a piece of software you are trying to use. If there's a link to any troubleshooting guide, go see it first before asking about your problem here, as it may already tell you what you did wrong.

Using the Sticky Support Threads

Support threads for specific consoles exist as a great, quick way to seek help. To avoid unnecessary confusion, we recommend that only three people try to get assisted in these threads. If you feel like you're being ignored, are confused, or think your problem might be too big for the sticky threads, please start a new thread.

Making New Threads

Please reveal the console and Rock Band edition that you are working with in the title BEFORE the name of your problem. Here's a few examples:

Rock Band 3 for Xbox 360 - Error Message
RB1 PS3 - Why My Song Won't Load
LEGO / Wii - Game Crashes​

This way, we can easily sort threads and find your problem faster. Also, be as descriptive as possible about your problem - what happened, how you ran across it, what you tried to remedy it, etc. - so that we can then better diagnose the situation and recommend a solution.
