This is a Upscaled Enhanced Texture pack for 007: From Russia with Love on PCSX2 Emulator NTSC-U (US) Version. You can download it from the link in the description of the YouTube Comparison Video here. Be sure to select the Zip download option.
After downloading you will first need to extract the folder by right clicking and going to "Extract all." I suggest setting Blend Accuracy on PCSX2 to "High" rather than "Full" for better framerate stability. In order for the texture pack to work you will need to place Folder "SLUS-21282" in your PCSX2 Texture Folder. Which is usually located "C:\PCSX2\textures" Then be sure to enable "Load Textures" and "Asynchronous Texture Loading" under the Texture Replacement Tab of PCSX2. This will be in the Graphics section of PCSX2. Be sure you are using the NTSC-U (US) Version of the game. You can check which version of the game you are using by going to the game's properties in PCSX2 Emulator.
