Hacking 002-0102 3ds just got banned what do

I was playing my legal copy of Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon and I tried to set up a helper Pokemon online and 3ds was like nope you're banned. Can't access friends list, can't play games online, but I can still eshop and miiverse. Can I unban myself? Do I have to get a new console? What do I do?

I'm running old3DS, 11.6.0-39U, Luma 8.1.1.

All you need to do is to inject a non-banned LocalFriendCodeSeed_B.
