Hacking RELEASE 0.16.0 prerelease sig patches for atmosphere

Hi, I just updated my switch to 11.0.0, im using atmospheres latest 0.16.1 prerelease which only came out yesterday i believe, im using your patches and im able to launch all my games but cant launch tinfoil / hbgshop, it wont let me reinstall it either just comes up with the game card error, have i missed something or would the patches need updating again? any help is much appreciated

Do you have game cart in slot? If so remove. You can try grabbing new tinfoil from site that already works for 11.0 or you can try updating to from within.

Every new Atmosphere release needs new Loader Patch since you are using AMS 0.16.1 you need to get the new loader patch from here

Every new Atmosphere release needs new Loader Patch since you are using AMS 0.16.1 you need to get the new loader patch from here

Thanks, I just tried with those patches and i still had the same issue so i decided to delete tinfoil all together and it has let me reinstall it, never had to do that previously but all working now, i have only kept one of my micro sd cards upto date with firmare, have about 5-6 400GB+ ones i haven't gotten around to updating

Did you drag the sig patches onto the micro SD card with Atmosphere 0.16.0? if you're not that could be the problem

I will be making signature patches for 0.16.1 ASAP I will make a new post for them and put them in this thread

Patches for Atmosphere 0.16.1 have been available from TotalJustice's GitHub for the past 3 days and were already posted in the sticky thread. If you really want to contribute, either share with others how you make the patches and/or post them in the sticky thread. We don't need multiple threads for patches especially by different people.

why not share how you make them its very easy to answer what firmware files you use for FS and ES

That's just my opinion but i think having another person in the scene capable of making these patches is a good thing. I hope you stay around for when we need someone to make the patches in the future.

As others have stated, if you can at least share your methodology, you do not have to stop making patches.
