Well i thought i couldn't find it anywhere too. But it turns out the answers are in the Enhanced version. They(BLOODY) should be the same i guess.

there is a program that allows you to change pokemon evolutions
(don't remember what it's called)
but i'm guessing buffy used that to make the pokemon's evolutions different in this game.
