    No. In order to do a system transfer, at least in most reports, you cannot do it from EmuNAND to EmuNAND which would require two gateways.     Placing them in root does nothing. They are there, but the system doesn't give a flying f***. DevMenu or blue...somethingsomething, I forget the name. Installs that .cia to the system, so it acts just like an eshop downloaded title.

    no. .3ds = .3dz no difference. .3ds tells GW offline game. .3dz tells GW online game
