    Hacking Uninstalling CIOScorp

I have an old version of CIOScorp (before they did the fake-version thing) I know replacing the system menu IOS is dangerous, so I want to know how I should go about uninstalling CIOScorp. I also have CIOS rev14 as ios249, the Hermes' CIOS as ios222, and Priiloader installed. Will the uninstall...

    Hacking CIOScorp on 4.0u

After a lot of reinstalling and messing around, it seems my problem was that I had the hack "skip disc update checks" enabled in preloader. Now things seem to work fine.

Gaming What programs should I get?

If you're into customizable stuff and show-off worthy effects, I would definitely recommend Foobar over Winamp or Songbird. Also, if you were planning on getting an instant messenger, I'd get Miranda. A great open-source IM cliente that allows full customization. You can make it fit with any...

Gaming What programs should I get?

VLC is a media player. No need for codec packs or anything, it should run anything you plan on watching. For music: Foobar is a fine piece of software, but it depends on how patient you are. There's a lot of customization and tweaking you can do to make it look great and work the way you want...

Gaming What programs should I get?

Personally, I think WinRAR performs better (though I do commend the open-source nature of 7-zip). Since you're probably going to pirate everything anyways, I don't think you care about the price. Definitely get Foxit PDF Reader, it's a very good alternative PDF reader and is a lot 'lighter'...

    Hacking CIOScorp on 4.0u

I've tested it on various games. They all boot, and their banners display, but after you choose a save profile and it starts loading something (or depending on the game, it might be loading something upon starting the game) it gives the error "disc could not be read". These games all worked fine...

    Hacking CIOScorp on 4.0u

These discs all worked before. And they run fine, up until after I choose which save file I want to use. On the first loading screen of any game, it gives me the "disc could not be read" error.

Gaming Vista keeps using up more and more ram?!

Open up the task manager (ctrl+alt+del) and check your processes. You can order the processes by the amount of RAM they are using. See which ones are using up your resources the most. The program is usually identifiable by the name, but if not, a simple google search will show you what's hogging...
