Hacking Updated to Firmware 10.0.2 and CFW 0.12.0 Black Screen
This was my issue as well, once I did that I also had to get the fusee-primary sigpatches again, all the installed games complained they were corrupt until that was put back on the system after the folder clear.- DarkBlast47

Hey Dio, Sorry I should have made it more clear in my original post, I downloaded and updated (to v1.1) Pokemon Sun via the eshop, when starting the game without the Mod, at the language selection it shows v1.1 in the lower right corner.
