Hacking DS doesn't like a flash cart on some games
Been having issues running the dark spire in my ds, so I stuck the flash cart in another and it works fine. Is there a difference in a 1 year old ds, and maybe a 2yr old one, or maybe in the colors as far as hardware goes? The black ds I have is the one acting funny with the cart, but it works...- fraust

ROM Hack Need help with the dark spire rom
I'm using a msds with the newest ysmenu, and after the first time I sav the game it screws up. I'll save it, shut the ds down, try to come back to it and it will lock up within 30s of play. I can play for as long as I want as long as I do not save. I have tried 2 different roms, and others have...- fraust

Hacking Does the drk spire work on the m3 simply?
For some reason my game plays fine for about 30min, after that it freze within minutes of starting, or will not load at all, often freezing during the logo of the game. Everything else I have works fine, just not this game.- fraust

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card -
