helloo... ive been messing around with libnds lately...
im not really experienced with c programming.. but at least i know how its work... i havent touch the 3d rendering part yet... because my project mostly use 2d... but hey... maybe i can do some help....
i also can't get dsgm compiled in my machine...
even their example broke with the latest devkitpro...
i mean its been not updated for a long period of time...
if you looking for graphic library... you may want to check nflib... its much more simple and still working with the latest devkitpro...
this is awesome... works perfectly on desmume
PolyMars also inspired me to go and try to make homebrew stuff...usually im always keep away from any "C" language just because how low level it is... but after forcing myself to trying it... its not that hard, and im start to understanding how C...
ok i personally like to convert my image manually from cmd line, so i know exactly what file im converting...
to convert background type
grit.exe your/bg/path/here.bmp -g -gTFF00FF -m -mRtf -mLs -p -ftb
this will generate .pal .map .img .... you also need to remove .bin by renaming the file...
I'm beefing with a neighbor currently each time I ask him for help with something he makes bs excuses then ignores my calls text but seems to randomly speak when I'm done with the project after doing things to help him
