    I had an issue on a new 3ds xl where the battery level would report when the battery was connected, but wouldn't change until disconnected and reseated. The fix was to replace the battery daughter board. I believe I had accidentally put the battery on backwards when I had the thing disassembled.

    I can't speak to syncing across different firmware versions. However, I have updated sysMMC and emuMMC together and had controller parings preserved.

    1. If you're using SX core to boot into Atmosphere, I don't why it would make a difference. 2. No. You should only need to do this if your controller pairs to another device and you're wanting to pair the controller back to the Switch. In which case, pair it to sys and execute the script.

    It looks like TegraExplorer isn't able to dump the key necessary for accessing the sysMMC/emuMMC. Best bet is to wait until TegraExplorer gets updated.

    How are you syncing them on SX OS? My experience has been that you need to use the sync button on the "Change Grip and Order" screen. Simply attaching them will not work.

    The scripting language of the latest version of TegraExplorer is different than previous versions. I would suggest using https://github.com/suchmememanyskill/TegraExplorer/releases/tag/2.0.5 until the script is updated.
