    Hardware Xbox 360 Slim startup problem

    Every time I try to start my Xbox 360, it turns on flashes the startup animation for like a frame, goes black for a second, then does it all again forever. I just took apart my xbox to get some dust out of it. Is there any solution to this problem? Thanks in advance!

    The internet browser on my 3ds is broken because I saw it in gm9 and dumped in a cia and installed of some reason and then I deleted the title from fbi and accidentally deleted the ticket.     Im using luma 10.2 though I have tried it upgraded and downgraded. 11.13.0-45U Current Firmware version. Yes, it says it was at least. On the charging cable. Im using auto-obtain but I have also used the 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 method also I have a custom font if that means anything

    I know this is a weird question but could anybody possibly dump the update cia for me. Im having trouble with the 3ds starting the update and then giving me an error and I read some ware that you can use sysupdater but you need an update cia for that.
