Hey, it's me again. Happy New Year everyone :) So i did replace the battery now. At first glance it seemed that this was finally the solution. Hey guys. thank you for your answers and Sorry for my very late response. I still could'nt fix the problem yet. I also tried the 'gbaemu4ds' emulator by ichfly.
