Hacking DS-X not 100% COmpatible
I have been in touch with the DS-X staff about the issues I have been having with my DS-X (somethings work on one ds but not the other, some things dont work at all other things work fine) apperntly the new firmware coming out will fix these problems. Hacking DS-X NDS Lite problems
So I just threw some backups on my DS-X and tried it on my DS Lite. Most games wont boot (just a white screen) or will get 1 sec into the game and reboot. However all the backups I tried on the Lite work without issue on my old DS. ANy one have any idea what I should do? I have a black Lite...- squigglyspooge

I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
