    Did everything. No dice. Card passed, even bought a new 32 gig card and redid the same things.

    replaced the boot.firm file multiple times but no dice. maybe its something with the system...

    So, I tried using the Homebrew Launcher on a 11.3 OS 3DS, it freezed so I reset the 3DS. Afterwards, it wouldn't turn on and the 3DS blue light would keep fading on and off after pressing the power button. Everything, including the boot.firm files, are on the root of my SD card.
