Pin 9 and Pin 1 are ground, so it doesn't matter which you bridge. You can also bridge pin 10 to the metal heat sink at the top to enter RCM. As long as you remove the jig or whatever you use to short the pins after you enable RCM mode, then there should be no issues.
But you should never boot...
There is a software that can do that. It seems to be a bit buggy but you can check the comments there.

If you have done that and you still have the same problem. Power off and boot to Hetake (by RCM mode obviously). Then in Hetake select payload and choose the option...
It will install with FAT32, no problem.
In my experience I've found Goldleaf + Quark (~14mb/s) to be slower than Nut + Tinfoil (~24 mb/s). Not sure if its just my system with this issue.
For anybody having the same problem,
Power off the device
Inject payload and enter Hekate
Select payload option and choose fusee-primary
After that you will boot to cfw and you can install the nsp, and it should work (assuming you have installed all sigpatches mentioned elsewhere in this...

my school has a chrome extension called light speed filter agent and it legit blocks YouTube pfps since the file cdn(I think aka yt3.ggpht.com) is classed as mature
It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
