    If u use mac try cleaning up the sd card except nintendo file and copy new files via windows it seems like mac os archives files and I couldn’t access Hbmenu files too

    I just updated my switch to atm 8.5 and kosmos 11.11 even though I copied sigpatches for new version none of my games open ! it just says "Unable to start software" I tried downgrading to last version (had the backup) now that doesn't work too !

    No you just copy stuff on one sd card (except Nintendo file) to another sd card and install games on second one and thats it you’re good to go . I use 3 different sd cards you just only need to inject payload each time because when you remove sd card it shuts down the switch

    Soooo I just got Daemon Machina and it needs fw update (prob 7xx cuz i’m on 6.2) does sd install works ? Cuz i can’t install dlc’s and stuff with goldleaf usb install it mostly stucks at installing them (v0.3)

    One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.

    I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs

    I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

    It's old but it's the best firmware out for DS stuff

    Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
