    Hacking Downgraded Switch won't boot any cfw

    I used hekate and chosed "run OFW" option. When I choose CFW (atmosphere) then the boot logo appears but the screen stays black. I'm currently on 5.1.0

    Hacking Need help with ChoiDuj

    I want to convert the 5.1 fw because I want to downgrade my Switch. But in Choi I get an error everytime: urllib2.URLError: <urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:726)

    Sorry for my bad english! I have a problem. My Switch won‘t boot anymore after downgrade. It only shows me the nintendo or cfw boot logo. Is there a way to restore boot0 and boot1 without a backup?

    @Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.

    Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.

    @Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

    Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
