    You'll have to create a devive setup password in security settings to log in. This is necessary for all vitas and PS3s going forward as the account password will say it's incorrect even when it's right due to how Sony set things up.

    I know the browser makes it redundant, but it's still the only firmware where you can use a phone in case you don't have wifi

    I faced same issue and it took me forever to figure out the problem. The error occurs because of some error in app.db. refreshing database fixes this but you will need to reorganize all your bubbles. The same error can be fixed the same way in the switchview ui launcher.

    It's possible if we could do the decompiling and reverse engineering necessary(not sure if decompiling those files is even possible yet), and i know it wouldn't be easy, maybe in the future someone will do it though, for now best way I've found is to get a cheap wifi extender or old router...

    Ok yea i would try swapping the batterry from the non working controller to the newer one, if it still occurs after that, it is most likely some sort of hardware failure, you can try cleaning and see if that helps. I recommend to use a toothbrush to carefully clean with isopropyl alcohol any...

    Sounds like it's issue with the battery, might need replacing. If not the battery could be some sort of damage to the motherboard. I'd open it up and give it a good cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, let it dry and the put back together and see if that fixes it, if that doesn't work try replacing...

    Check your plugins, make sure you have latest version, remove or at least disable any you are not currently using. Chances are it's some sort of plugin conflict.
