    Can you try the injector I linked before? I just tested it myself with Pokemon Clover and saving works flawlessly. If you still can't get it to work I could help you via Discord.

    Which injector did you use? I injected Pokemon FireRed with NSUI and had absolutely no problems with saving or anything else. It did have some problems when injected with older injectors though.

    I'd say only get the 3ds again if you're planning on keeping it this time. Playing on a handheld can get boring pretty fast and you should be prepared for that. If you want to sell the 3ds as soon as you get bored again, then i'd say the switch is the better choice.

    Most people say you're fine updating through the home menu though (it's actually through e-shop).

    $90 for 50/5 + Cable TV. Wi-Fi sometimes get really bad when other people in the house are using It.

    The only reason gameyob dsiware is possible is because it also got released as a Dsi app. NesDS was only released as DS app, so the answer to your question is no, you can't convert it to cia. Porting the emulator might be possible though.

    To be honest, no matter the attitude if the vendor has a replacement policy, they should honor it. If you can't deal with moody clients then I'm not sure you can be considered a serious, and therefore reliable business.
