    Most likely those are stolen/hacked accounts so it is prohibited anyway. It could get you banned, some friend got a warning because of that, while others did not. It depends if they somehow see the "illegal" activity....

I had the chance to see the difference in real life my old PS4 on a not good FHD TV and the same game on a PS4 Pro on a super UHD HDR TV, and I did not see any great difference.
