Hacking Atmosphere-NX - Custom Firmware in development by SciresM

Yes, that's right. I'm still inclined to think you have old files on your SD card though, so could be a good idea to do a clean reinstall to see if that would help

Hacking Atmosphere-NX - Custom Firmware in development by SciresM

Is true what Badablek says. Be aware that fusee.bin is a different download on GitHub; I have forgotten this on more than one occasion when updating Atmosphere. Is it possible that this is what happened to you as well?

PS2 SATA board and maximum HDD file size supported

It supports both, though if you get a 2.5" drive it will hang a little in the air as the connector for it is on the top; you might want to get a device to support it. Not sure about SSHDs though (never heard of them before now), but I guess there's really no reason why it shouldn't. You can...

PS2 SATA board and maximum HDD file size supported

Yes, some people have added SSDs to the list as well (e.g. this one: https://ps2drives.x-pec.com/?p=list&v_modelnum=MX500) It's not stated in the list whether a disk is an SSD or not, so you need to search each one in Google to find out. The way I found the one above was to sort it descending...

GCN PS1/2 MemCardPRO in the works for PS2 and GCN

It would be awesome to be able to use the same device on both consoles (or at least the same device to save both PS1 and PS2 games on the PS2, for my purpose anyway). I guess we'll have to wait and see when they publish more info on the new MemCardPRO2

GCN PS1/2 MemCardPRO in the works for PS2 and GCN

Currently I do the same (though I have it backed up on my internal HDD), but this makes it much less of a hassle

GCN PS1/2 MemCardPRO in the works for PS2 and GCN

I'm not sure if this is news to everybody, but it certainly is to me: 8BitMods (the guys behind the original MemCardPRO for the PS1) has recently posted a teaser on Twitter showcasing a MemCardPRO (teased as MemCardPRO2) for the PS2. At least I am very excited for this, no more hassle with...

PS1/2 There's a disturbing lack of info on using 2TB drives with PS2.

In the HDLBatch thread several people are using the tool with 2TB drives. They don't specify whether they fill it up though. If you're referring to this sentence from the old thread: WINHIIP had been my go-to installer for a long time because of its speed. By connecting the PS2 HDD drive to a...

PS2 SATA board and maximum HDD file size supported

I have no idea. I guess it must have to do with read vs write speed of the drives involved. Here is a post on Stack Overflow that details these things if you're curious

PS1/2 PS2 modchip installation but solder mask has scraped away...

The points you're mentioning looks like vias -- if they go all the way through the board, you can use the point on the other side. I'm not familiar enough with the PS2 to know about alternative points, but if you have a multimeter you can check for them using the continuity mode. If none...

PS2 SATA board and maximum HDD file size supported

There's probably more stuff, but I'm really not the correct person to answer this question as I'm mostly making assumptions here; I don't know the details on how the different computer software installs games on a PS2 HDD and what might influence the process

PS2 SATA board and maximum HDD file size supported

Yes, I was talking about the PC's HDD (or an external HDD connected via USB, etc.). I don't think you really need to worry about this though, it'll take the time it needs. The positive thing is that likely you'll only need to do this once, the next time you want to add a new game, the needed...

PS2 SATA board and maximum HDD file size supported

There are different revisions of SATA (se e.g. the Wikipedia article on SATA). If the drive containing the games have a lower read speed than your PS2's write speed, then that will work as a bottleneck too, yes

PS2 SATA board and maximum HDD file size supported

I'm on shaky ground here, but at least the write speed of the drive and SATA generation (if internal) or USB generation (if using a USB adapter) will affect the transfer speeds
